As a Healthcare provider I understand the correlation between health and longevity. With over 15 years of patient care experiences, I can tell you the many diseases and ailments that have led me to embark on this journey of wellness.
I have experienced the impact of a healthy lifestyle: from healing my sons from an array of respiratory, immune and skin issues, controlling my husband’s sugar levels to my very own journey.
